I
have always been fascinated and wondered about the possibilities of – what can
be achieved in one human life? After reading autobiographies / biographies and
success stories from lives of great men or women who ever blessed the planet and tons of soul searching, I
have come to four major realizations that have the power to transform life. Let
me share with you:
First: It does not
matter where you are coming from. All that matters is where you are going to?
The future is more important than the past. You can’t change the past but you
can change the future by changing what you do today and it depends solely on
yourself.
Second: For your life
to get better, you must get better. If you want to earn more you must learn
more. Knowledge is the chief source of value today. If you want to improve the
quality of your life, you must improve the quality of your knowledge, skills,
communication, leadership & attitude towards people and events.
Third: You can learn
anything that you need to learn to become any person that you want to become
and to achieve any goal that you can possibly set for yourself. There are no
limits except the ones that you set in your own mind.
Fourth: All the
people you read about above had a purpose, autonomy in thought & action and
sense of achieving mastery in whatever they did / quest for excellence. Do you
have these three?
Thanks for writing such a awesome article. This is all time best article which I come across recent times. Kudo's to you.
